BEDFORD (CARDINGTON) GREYHOUND STADIUM

The town of Bedford has had 2 greyhound tracks in the past, the earliest being situated on the Cardington Road at 0° 27' W 52° 7' N. The inaugural meeting was held in 1929 and regular racing took place two, and on occasions, three times each week, on Thursday evening, Saturday evening and occasionally on Saturday afternoon.
